We are hosting a series of free Workshops looking at Running your Business.  This one, which will take place on Wednesday 21st November from 4pm until 6pm at The Pinewood Hotel, Handforth, will look at Managing your Customers.

The panel of speakers will explore the customer life-cycle: how a business can ensure that they have the customers they want by undertaking the right due diligence; how they should nurture their customers to secure more business from them; and how they can ensure that their customers pay them! The speakers are:

• Catherine Mackenzie, Director of Mackenzie Marketing
• James Wall, Commercial Partner, Kuits Solicitors

Registration for the event will take place from 4pm, with the presentations taking place between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.  There will be light refreshments available after the Workshop to encourage the attendees to network.
