We have invested in a highly secure online portal, Onvio, to store your key documents, allowing you to sign those documents and retrieve them when you need them.  This allows efficient collaboration between us, enabling us to alert you of key tasks, such as the review and signing of your accounts and HMRC returns.

We started using this system almost 12 months ago.  During the past 12 months you will have received an email from us inviting you to set up an account with this system.  Setting up an account enables you to easily review the documents we create on your behalf, sign those documents and easily retrieve those documents whenever you need them.  There is also an Onvio app available, enabling you to access your documents on your mobile device.

The Onvio system uses the latest security measures, ensuring that your business and personal information is secure.  As well as ensuring your information is secure on the Onvio servers, you can also enable the system’s multi-factor authentication, ensuring security at the user interface.
